The SGLOA firmly believes that officiating is a life-long learning process. We are dedicated to ensuring fair play, sportsmanship, and a positive experience for all participants. Our team of experienced officials is committed to upholding the integrity of the game while creating a safe and enjoyable environment for players, coaches, and spectators. The achieve this mission, we require all officials to participate in annual training sessions and encourage additional independent learning to supplement these sessions.

National Federation of High Schools
